First Class

This includes enhanced due diligence on my part, to provide a very detailed itinerary. Whether this is a corporate event, family vacation, or hen party, I want to make sure this event is a successful and stress-free event, for you. The cost of this package will depend on hours to complete, level of detail, etc and will be negotiated with you prior to commencing the service. At a minimum this package will include:

• Very Detailed Itinerary (daily/hourly itineraries, suggestions for optional events)
• Reservations, (e.g. meals, tours, etc.) as appropriate
• Budget saving tips, as necessary
• On-call service during event, for any last minute issues or needs*

*Depending on where you are located, I can be hired as an on-site day planner to help make sure the event is executed smoothly.

Business Class

Much like our “first class” this includes due diligence to provide an itinerary suitable to your needs. Even if this is for a volunteering week, teambuilding, weekend ski trip with friends, I want it to be exactly as you envision it. The cost of this package will depend on the level of detail required to complete this work, and this will be negotiated with you prior to commencing the service. At a minimum, this package will include;

•  Detailed Itinerary (daily itinerary and suggestions for optional events)
• Reservations (e.g. meals), as appropriate
• Budget saving tips, as necessary

Premium Class

This is a basic package, that includes a high-level summary. Whether you are using it to plan a birthday party, spa weekend, etc, it will be made suitable to your needs. The cost of this package will depend on the level of detail required to complete the work, but as in all cases, I strive for perfection. All costs will be negotiated with you prior to commencing the service. At a minimum, this package will include:

• High-level itinerary
• Budget saving tips, as necessary
