Edinburgh Holiday Accommodation has been one of the most convenient accommodation services I have used in years. It was easy, quick and the staff were super polite.

To be fair the only flaw was that they undersold the place we went too. From the moment we stepped onto the premises, we were in awe. We were expecting a 2bdr, 2ba place, and it was more like a glorified 2bdr apartment with lovely foyer. It has secure parking space, down a lovely cobblestone close that was 15min near the city and the Arthur’s Seat. It had 3 bathrooms, lovely living and dining room area with a great kitchen to accommodate all our needs.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was also EXTREMELY affordable for lodging during the Hogmanay celebrations.

From start to finish, this was as stress-free as it comes, well other than anxiously waiting for the confirmation email to come through (about 90 seconds later). Not only was using their online tool for booking simple, the pictures were excellent, the map was helpful, and the customer service representatives were very helpful via email and in person. Their responses before we arrived were within 24hours, they provided helpful tips for our time while in Edinburgh. Additionally, the welcoming staff was youthful, energetic, welcoming and offered additional mobile numbers for any emergency situations or if we just needed advice for our time there. They even allowed us a late check-out which scores high in my books.

If you ever need help with lodging and want something a bit more “secure” than home-sharing sites, this is definitely the way to go.
